JARROLD FOOD HALL

Independent Department store Jarrold of Norwich wanted a new foodhall to re-ignite their retail experience for a new generation of customer.

'The design doubled the size of the in-store Deli.  Introducing a radical new look and feel, a new fresh offer and wine bar.'  explains John Adams, General Manager.

The F&B experience had significant effect, pushing sales up within the rest of the retail offer. Re-invigorating the retailers fortunes and provided a welcome destination for foodies, helping to drive a new wave of customers to the 250 year old store. Phase 2 included 'The Exchange,' a casual restaurant with a tasty flat bread offer. Completing the mix of retail, hospitality, and F&B.
