LOTTE JAMSIL FOOD HALL
Following on from our successful work with Shinsegae/ eMart the year previously, we were given the commision for the re-design of Lotte's important food hall in Jamsil, Seoul.
Our first objective was to create a defined aesthetic for a brand that maybe didn't quite know where it wanted to go at the start of the project. The 70,000 Sq Ft space was defined into three zones. 'Korean, International Open Dining and Asian' food halls. The Korean food hall mixed a number of F&B experiences throughout the retail space.
The 'Open Dining' area housed a number of world food offers that were bathed in colour throughout, creating an energetic experience that captured the imagination of the Lotte customer.
