TSUNAMI RESTAURANT LONDON

Ken Sam wanted to open a second restaurant in the heart of London on Charlotte street to showcase his Japanese fusion offer. We created a room that was finished in polished plaster and gold leaf cherry blossom designs.

The project included the renovation of three floors of a crumbling Georgian town house. We created the design and worked the project through to completion on site. The complexities of fitting in the extract and ventilation requirements were one hurdle. The substantial Kitchen project in the basement was an architectural puzzle.

We rounded the junctions to soften the space and complimented the space with a tailored programmable lighting solution. Every inch of the space was utilised to maximise covers and provide a well organised operation. Our Japanese 'Food garden' concept was complete.
